ZuiFit Academy — Terms & Conditions, Health Disclaimer & Waiver

1. Agreement

ZuiFit Academy ("ZuiFit," "we," "us") is an online, self-paced fitness education program created by Thảo Zui. By purchasing and enrolling, you ("you," "the member") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, Health Disclaimer, and Waiver below. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Thảo Zui is a fitness coach, not a medical doctor, physiotherapist, or registered dietitian. All content — including exercise technique, training plans, and nutrition principles — is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a personalized medical or meal plan.

The nutrition material teaches general principles, ranges, and calculators. It is not a prescribed diet. Specific meal planning, medical conditions, eating disorders, pregnancy nutrition, and any clinical concern are outside our scope and should be handled by a qualified medical professional.

3. Health Self-Screening & Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including muscle strain, injury, or aggravation of existing conditions. By enrolling, you confirm that:

You are in good general health and physically able to participate in a strength-training program.
You do not have any heart condition, chest pain, dizziness, bone/joint problem, pregnancy, recent surgery, medication, or other medical condition that makes exercise unsafe — or, if you do, you have obtained clearance from a qualified physician before beginning.
You will stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptom during or after training.
You voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks associated with participating in this program.

4. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless ZuiFit, Thảo Zui, and any affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising from or related to your participation in the program, your use of the content, or your reliance on any information provided. You agree that participation is at your own risk.

5. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary and depend on your effort, consistency, body, nutrition, recovery, and other factors. ZuiFit makes no guarantee of any specific physical result, weight, measurement, or outcome. Examples or testimonials are not promises of your results.

6. Payment & Access

The program is delivered digitally via Systeme.io. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. On successful payment you receive lifetime access to the course videos and bonus materials included in your purchase. Access is for your personal use only.

7. No Refunds (Digital Product)

ZuiFit Academy is a digital product delivering instant, lifetime access to videos and downloadable materials. Because the content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product, you receive access right away, and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal or refund. Please make sure the program is right for you before you buy — reach out with any questions first.

8. Intellectual Property

All videos, PDFs, plans, and materials are the property of ZuiFit and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or post the content publicly. Access is granted to you alone.
